ExOfficio Ambush Pants - Insect Shield® (For Men)

The pants fit perfectly, waist and length are both true to size. The cargo pockets are nice to have but they don't really add any bulk. I've only taken them out for one hike, but so far so good.

I bought 3 pairs of pants from Sierra (Gobi-excellent, zipoff insect repel-nice), these were good, but my least favorite. I never considered Ex-Officio, but I am a fan now. Quality and design is up there with Mount Hard. I have one minor knock and one bigger knock. Although the crotch is gusseted there is not enough stretch or give if you squat down, not horrible, but should be better. The material is nice, but it does collect fuzz since it has a roughed up texture. Very nice features, so if at a good price I would buy them.

Make sure you measure your waist because they use exact measurements.

Make sure you know your exact waist size before ordering, as these are exact. Don't go by the size you normally buy at other retailers because then it will be too small.

They feel great and look good.
