“Nice, but strange fit.”

“Like many other reveiws said, the fit is odd. I am a 12/14 pant size. i first ordered a medium based on other reviews I read. The pants were a little too tight in the rear. The lenth was a tad long but I am used to that with most pants I buy (I am only 5'3"). I exchanged for a Large - the waist/butt fit fine (they are loose but prefer that over tight) but the lenth is about 12" too long! I really want these pants for a safari in August so I am going to take them in to be altered (which is a pain because of the zippers at the ankles).”
