    Many coats are short in length, but this coat has nice length to keep you warm. The sleeves are long, but much better than begin short. This coat is nice for hiking in the rain, but also for going out. The XXL size actually is XXL. This leaves lots of room to add layers underneath. I got on for hiking/walking and one to wear to work. The coat is mostly for cool Fall and Spring weather, but you could wear it in the winter if you put extra layers underneath, I plan to wear the coat for hiking in the winter and snow shoeing.

    shoulders and chest fit well. but the waist was way too big for me. It looked more like a cape and not a coat. Good length though if you are looking for a longer stylish coat. this will work

    Great coat for the price. Has the "technical" features (breathable/waterproof) without looking like I'm attempting the summit. Great for the urban jungle. Sleeves are a bit too long for me, but I have the issue with every coat - not a problem as the sleeves are somewhat adjustable with velcro.

    This is ex officio at it's best: high quality and high tech materials and great style. Ex officio tends to run on the large side, so a medium was a perfect fit for my 5'9 180lb frame. It has a great drape, yet enough room for layering. Internal material does feel a bit rubbery, but that feeling goes away in a few minutes, even with short sleeve shirt. So far great water protection, with some breathability. A number of well thought out and executed pockets (again typical of ExO.) The sleeve adjustments are velcro and work great. Not a true trench, as no way you can fit a suit jacket under it the way the sleeves are cut. More of an urban style, but no reason you couldn't take it to the great outdoors as well. This is the kind of garment that I wear a lot, layering to fit the season, and so far I'm extremely happy with this purchase.
