“These are very nice pants, run a bit big. I usually wear a medium in stretch pants but I bought the small based on the reviews and they fit perfectly. They're very nice material and nice cut, but there is NO elastic in the waistband. I'm keeping them and planning on sewing elastic in the waistband, but do not order them unless you are prepared to do that.”
