    I love these pants. I had a similar ExOfficio pant (the zip off type) that I had for years and also loved. But I lost weight and they no longer fit. I'd say they run smaller than normal but about expected for this brand. I'm 5'6" and weigh 120-125 pounds and ordered an 8 which fit well. Normally I would wear a 6. They were just a tad big in the waist but I am fairly "hourglass" shaped so I frequently have this issue. The fabric is a nice medium to heavy weight, so it doesn't reveal every little bump or dimple,if you know what I mean. But that little bit of stretch really makes them comfortable. I bought the black and I think they could be dressed "up" or "down" to give either a strickly sporty look or a more dressy look.

    Pants are cut too slim through the hips and thighs, and too large through the waistband (by 2-3 inches). Usually wear a size 8, sometimes a 10. Ordered a 10,a 12 may have fit through the hips and thighs, but the waist would have been huge.

    First, I love ExOfficio! But, I'm beginning to chafe at their sizing. Typically, I'm a perfect six--they sit just loose enough to look nice and be comfortable. In ExOfficio, I wear a 4 or a 6 short or maybe not... I ordered these in a 6 Petite and the rise in the waist was uncomfortably short. the crotch was weirdly tight but the legs and waist fit well. The color is an unsightly putty color and was too light for me so I returned them.
