    Wore these socks hiking and to work. Good cushion and felt warm but not sweaty. No idea how good the insect repellent works but for the on sale price seems like a good deal. No idea either on how long they will last.

    I like the graded thickness! The heel is very thick and comfortable, the base of the sock has a little extra thickness too! Generally, very comfortable in shoes or not. Haven't tested the repellent characteristics yet. My feet sweet a lot and I am prone to athlete's foot, but this sock absorbs and wicks moisture very well.
