ExOfficio Insect Shield® Pants - Convertible, UPF 30+ (For Women)

I wore these with the hat and socks that were also insect shielded and even in sweltering SC the bugs stayed away.

I liked these pants but they were cut too tight in the waist for me and I had to return them

Already a big fan of Ex Officio products, these pants prove once again that EO produces quality clothing. Infinitely useful, I've worn these pants to casual family gatherings, the workplace, hiking and camping. That they are insect repellent is just another plus. Unlike many other convertible pants, these do not rub at zipper line.

nice construction, light weight for travel, preferred lower waist fit of Ambush pants. Size overall fit large, length too long for my 5'4" requirements. Can't shorten due to zipper feature.

I love the color, pockets and lightweight fabric... just the sizing is off. I I'm a size 8-10 and pants felt way larger than even normal exoffcio

Waist is at the waist line and is very comfortable.

I'm tall so these pants were short on me. I wish ExOfficio would run "tall" versions. I like my pants and shorts loose so these were very comfortable though others may think they run large. I used these pants on mobile safari in Africa. They shed dirt well. They did hold in the body smells until after the first washing (in a bucket) but were fine after that.

Well made just too long but no big deal to correct.

These pants are totally comfortable. I bought them for hiking but wear them all the time. They are cool when it is hot out, but surprisingly warm in cold wind. I thought I would never zip off into "shorts" mode, but ended up turning them into shorts the very first time I wore them. I took them on a 2 week trip, and while I took other pants with me, I could have gotten by with just these. As comfortable as sweat pants, but lighter, better looking, appropriate for any casual occasion.
