“Very comfy... but hole after 2 washes”

“Bought this for my wife and it is soooo soft. She says it is very comfortable and loves the styling. If it weren't for the hole in the seem at the armpit after just a couple washes, I would have given it 5 stars. We have plenty of sweaters in our household and know how to be gentle washing them. You'd think an ex officio product would hold up better. After 2 hats, 1 pair of pants, 1 pair of undies (the best out there) and 3 shirts by this company... this is the first let down so probably just a fluke.”
