“These pants seem longer than 31" inseam. I am 5'4" and will need to hem these about an inch. Normally a 31" inseam is perfect, but the long length may be due to the low rise. If you are between sizes, these might not fit. I was a loose 10/slim 12 and the 12's were too big & the 10s too tight. After I lost a few more pounds, the 10s fit well.”
