Feels a bit large for size. Very lightweight and breathable. Used on vacation in hot weather

I love the hat but even a small is too big. I attached a piece of velcro to tighten the fit and so far it is working.

The look of this hat is fine, and would definitely fit my need of a breathable hat for hiking/running, if only it fit my head. Many women who reviewed this hat said it fit good with their pony tail underneath it. Well, if like me you don't have a large pony tail to put underneath it, it is way too large, probably an inch larger at the band than it needs to be. I can't even wear it, but it's not worth the cost of shipping to return. If it wasn't lilac, I'd give it to a guy with a larger head to wear.

It does not have the hole in the back to allow for ponytail,but the hat fits over the ponytail. I like the hat very much. I like the wider brim.

Feels great but wish it was adjustable for a snug fit. When you are running with it if it is not snug it may fly off. Because it is used if you are running and you are jumping around or in wind it really needs to have a snug fit, and mine was a bit too big. I'm afraid the next size down would have been too tight.

I wear this hat running and it fits over my ponytail because of the soft elastic band in the liner. It doesn't pull or tear my hair. Because of the elastic band it's not too tight over my hair either.
