    As a recumbent bicyclist, the Amphi shorts are perfect for my needs. I do not need padding in the shorts, but I do need a way to close down the leg openings. Unlike bicycling shorts, the Amphi shorts do not have padding, but most importantly they have a strap that can be tightened to prevent "ballooning" of the leg opening. Also the shorts are made of nylon so they dry in a reasonable time. Great for touring. Their sizing seems to be right on and they appear to be well- made.
