“These are very nice looking shorts that would work well for summer travel AND for summer activities like hiking or camping. For my body type, they will not work. I am 5'5" tall and very heavy through the hips and thighs. I ordered the largest available size. They sit low and were too tight to snap. They were very tight across the hips. I'm disappointed, as they are quality shorts that would have worked well for going ashore during my upcoming sailing trip.”
