    I bought this pair of shorts for backpacking, but they're great for hiking or running around after my kids on the playground. They're a great mid-thigh length and a comfortable fit. I'm a bit curvy and have large thighs from dancing and running in hills, but this pair of shorts didn't cling at all. My only issue is the internal drawstring. It's a bit long and needs to be knotted in a bow so it doesn't hang down in a weird way, but then the bulky knot sits right under the button hole, which is a bit uncomfy. I'd rather have it tie on the outside of the waistband, but that's just being picky. Overall, great lightweight shorts that don't show dirt and look great after a long day.

    I purchased these shorts for a visit to CA, they rolled nicely into my small carryon suitcase, felt good while wearing them, washed and dried nicely and I got compliments on how well they looked. What else could I ask for??
