ExOfficio Streamliner Pants (For Women)

I am suprised that ex-officio would put out such an un-stylish item. Most of their clothing is very nice-looking while being travel-worthy. I wouldn't be caught dead in this ugly pair of pants. Bad color, baggy in a bad way, no cute touches...nothing! They fit, but they were ugly and way too long. I snapped up the cuffs thinking that that would make them cuter...worse...cuffs became wide and floppy...very unflattering. Wore them for a day so I could decide weather to take them to Europe in December...glad I did. I would be embarrased to wear these anywhere.

I love this material but, they were just too long and too big in the waist. I have purchased ExOfficio shorts and I wear them all the time. These pants just did not work for me.

These pants have a very comfortable fit, not a very high waist but not a low waist, just right. They are straight but with enough space for your hiking boots if you want them under the pants. The length is just a bit too long but not objectionable. I use them for hiking though they would also look good as a very casual pant to go with flat sandals and a white linen shirt. Good quality as every Exofficio product is!

I am 5'2" but have a longer rise than a usual "petite"-these seem to fit nicely - loose in legs for movement. I'll be using them for casual wear. At 58 years old, these are my shorts alternative.

I was worried about the size of these pants based on the other reviews. I went to [...]and tried on the new version of the pants, in which I am a size four. In my experience all ExOfficio pants are long. You can buy short versions of them, just not on STP at the moment. I bought a size four of this pant and it fits exactly like the latest version. I have average length legs for my body size. The legs are long of these pants are long but not obnoxiously so. When I roll them they are a great capri length.
