ExOfficio Teflon®-Coated Nomad Pants (For Women)

I wanted hiking pants with at least one secure zipper pocket for a trip to Peru. These pants have three zipper pockets--perfect!

I never wore these pants because I could barely get them on. I usually wear a size 6, and I ordered and 8, but they were super tight across the butt and generally unflattering. :( Also, I had thought that there would be visible pockets in the back, but there was just a zipper for a hidden pocket, which didn't help make things look better.

I'm looking forward to having them for overseas travel this winter- I think they'll travel well

This seems to run about a size smaller than other Ex Officio clothing I've had. And the low waistline? Only for someone much younger.

Good item for hiking/backpacking. Lots of pockets. Resists soiling.

These pants are great for travel. Besides the 2 front pockets, there are 2 zippered cargo style pockets big enough to fit a passport. The back pocket can also be zipped. They dry overnight and look great.

I read other comments on these pants before I bought them, so I thought they fit great according to the comments I had read.

I like the multiple pockets for travel/hiking

I was spooked about the sizing evaluations I read on line. I thought it was destined to fit poorly but I measured myself and ordered anyway. I don't see where the comments about being too small come from. Yes, I don't normally wear a 12 but according to the measurement chart on the website-it is what I wore. I think if you order the size you get from a store normally instead of what their measurement chart say, you would be surprised. I don't care if the label says 12 instead of 8. They feel great.

I wore them for the first time yesterday and really liked them. To get the correct fit, I had to order 2 sizes larger than I take in non-outdoors pants. One and a half sizes larger would have been the best. If you have any belly fat be sure to size up.
