“Contrary to both the manufacturer's as well as STP's description, the vest has 12 roomy external pockets (not including 2 pencil/pen pockets) plus 4 internal pockets, for a total of 16 pockets! Eight external & one internal pocket(s) are secured with Velcro; two internal pockets use zippers. Made of lightweight ripstop material and with lightweight coil zippers, this vest might not stand up to heavy abuse like thrashing around in snaggy brush or trees, but on the whole is more useful than most other safari-style vests on the market.”
