    As advertised. This does not have an elastic cord, but the draw cord works fine (maybe better, cause elastic wears out) Takes some time to compress material.

    Nice idea, need to tape the cord so it says put. Difficult to reset on the water, though could just stuff it inside your PFD. A central core of bungie cord would be better
