    I needed a moisture wicking shirt for a long backpack trip, so I thought I would try this one. It worked very well and I'm happy with it, but I do agree with some other reviewers that it is quite thick. So it is probably better for cooler weather which is what I needed it for.

    This is a good looking shirt and is probably well made. However, it is a little too heavy for use at the gym, or to use while running outside. I gave it to my dad as something he could wear on hikes on cooler days. So I am marking as would not recommend, because I bought it for much more active pursuits and it will not work for me.
