“Really the cuffs leak no matter how tight you get them because the fabric soaks up the water. Theere is only a 3 inch piece of neoprene and the rest of the cuff is a fabirc that has a waterproof backing. The fabric absorbs water and wicks it up the sleave. The neck design is good with a lot more neoprene and only on small section of the fabric. For casual spashing around it is fine. Just realise your going to have wet-damp sleeves on whatever you are wearing underneth this.”
