Extrasport X-Pel H2O Splash Top - Waterproof, Long Sleeve (For Men)

I bought this paddle jacket for use when I don't need my full dry suit for sea kayaking. It isn't a dry top and small amounts of water will enter through the neck and wrists when doing roll or wet exit practice. Cut is a bit small (I usually wear a men's L and bought an XL, which is just right) for wearing a light fleece or "fuzzy rubber" layer underneath. Water repellency and range of movement are excellent. I can't speak of durability myself, but a couple of friends have had the same jacket for quite some time with no issues. So, I'm quite optimistic. It IS a little hard to pull on and off, as there's no extra lining; but that's a very minor issue. Excellent value, particularly for the price.

I will wear the dry top white water rafting, in my sit on top kyak and wade fishing. I normally wear a large but the large I received is a little tight. Limited room for under layering.

What a great value for the price. Quality construction however runs a bit small and difficult to take off. Considering it is long sleeved I assumed it would be for cooler weather paddling and perhaps a light wicking layer underneath...unfortunately not enough room for that. Well worth buying but consider a size up.

I USE THIS WHILE I FLY FISH IN THE SURF, AND YOU GET WET! A LOT! SO THIS REALLY HELPS OUT. GOOD PRODUCT.

I bought this jacket for white water kayaking. The jacket fit perfect, sealed as expected, and was comfortable on the trip (I wore a long sleeve shirt under the jacket for additional comfort). I am 6' tall, 175lbs and a Large fit me perfectly, with plenty of room for movement, but not too baggy.

Really the cuffs leak no matter how tight you get them because the fabric soaks up the water. Theere is only a 3 inch piece of neoprene and the rest of the cuff is a fabirc that has a waterproof backing. The fabric absorbs water and wicks it up the sleave. The neck design is good with a lot more neoprene and only on small section of the fabric. For casual spashing around it is fine. Just realise your going to have wet-damp sleeves on whatever you are wearing underneth this.

Well made, easy to put on and take off. Light and plenty of room to move.
