Catamaran sailing is a very wet and cold activity. having a jacket that deals with the spray and wind chill is very important. The Xl women's size fits like a men's large and this jacket does the job nicely. The neoprene neck and cuffs fit well and stop water entering. Even the 'female'colour looks okay over a black wet suit. The price was sensational, making this jacket one of the best purchases. When you are used to shelling out large amounts of money for boating equipment, this kind of saving is certainly appreicated.

Fit is larger than sized. Actually purchased for a male vs female. The extra large women's fits the average man well, and the color isnt too girly.

Nice quality, I am ready for my June trip now.

This jacket feels too big and the sleeves too long to be sized for women. However, it is really roomy and you could wear anything under it you wanted. It remains dry inside given any amount of splashing. Nice looking too and feels like it will remain durable.

For flat water kayaking this is just perfect

This large was waaaaaay large. I am 5'7" and 135 pounds, and it swallowed me. I had to return it. I really wanted it to fit - it seems like a great product, exactly what I was looking for.
