Eye Cotton Stripe Shirt - Long Sleeve (For Women)

I am returning this shirt. I ordered it for the great color combination and fabric, however, I disliked the extra "panels" on the front. I prefer a simpler style. I also did not think the workmanship (topstitching) was up to par for this brand.

I don't know if the particular blouse I received had an inaccurate size label, but this blouse was at least 2 sizes too small. I freaked out when I tried it on as I wondered if my body had seriously inflated without me noticing. I own at least 10 blouses and 4 blazers from this brand and am familiar with their sizing, so I recognize this as being unusual. Aside from the size, this blouse is the usual beautiful, high quality material and construction you can expect from this brand. I would never hesitate to buy another.

This shirt is beautiful and seems to fit true to size. With the side zippers it is a litle weird at first but fits fine. The material is great.

This was a beautiful blouse. I felt that it ran really small. I usually wear a size 12 and it was way too small. I also did not like that the side zipper is on both sides.

This blouse complements your figure with it's "v" shaped shirring from shoulders to under the bust. The side zipper under the arm makes the fit streamlined and not baggy as some empire fitting tops. Details on the blouse speak to it's quality -- 5 buttons on the cuff (can be worn to the wrist or turned up to make it almost a 3/4 sleeve. If you prefer your empire blouses to be more loose, I'd go one size up from your normal. This fits like a dress blouse, but with a casual look which I like very much. I am going to try this brand again!!! I love what it does for one's figure -- works great on pear shapes like me!!!
