Eye Rosette Flutter-Hem Dress - Sleeveless (For Women)

I really, really love the rosettes, which are constructed with elastic and will stand up to washing (which was not clear to me based on the picture and written description). I love the hand of the fabric, and the quality of the dress's construction. My big beef with the dress is that when I turn sideways I look huge. There is so much fabric and gathers around the waist that it is not flattering from certain angles. I'm still trying to figure out whether or not to keep it. It's a stylish, very well made dress and it is easy to wear and care for. It's hard to reject that, even if I think I look a little fat in this dress...

Only reason I noted too long is because it does not come in a petite. Therefore had to have it altered...and it is difficult to alter in both hem and waste length. BUT loved it enough to buy two colors and pay to have both altered! I found it VERY flattering for a pear shape (somewhat hippy or heavier on the bottom) as I do with many slightly empire-waisted designs.

Very youthful style and very cute.

This is the perfect dress for attending a summer wedding or going out where you want to be cool, comfortable and yet look great. I wish they had my size in the green and I would get it!

This dress is not nearly as cute as on the picture and unless you are size 2 and WANT to make you hips look huge - don't buy it. I am returning, very dissapointed. The bottom of the dress is like a balloon, not in any way flattering.
