“Fabric is cotton but with a sheen that resembles silk. Details are beautiful. I have several blouses from Eye, and am very pleased with their outstanding quality and attention to details. Lower sleeves are very fitted, so zippers are used there. Will be beautiful for the holidays. Very dressy, but with the comfort of cotton.”
