Eye Ruched-Pleat Shirt - Cotton Sateen (For Women)

figure flattering but runs big-I would order a size down.

This is 1 of 4 Eye blouses that I have ordered. This is my first experience with this brand and I have not been disappointed. The fabrics are high quality with a nice sheen and color. The black color is rich, not faded like many cotton blouses. This blouse has a zip front that appears to be self correcting. You can zip from top or bottom, but the top end of mine sticks going down. Instead of returning it, I decided to keep it since I can zip from the bottom up. The cuffs have hidden vertical zippers. The pleated, flared cuffs are interesting. I noticed that Eye has a penchant for ruching. This blouse ruches on the front around the zipper and the back. The back ruching is unnecessary, but I guess it is an alternative to darts. The fit is nice and shapely.

This shirt is awesome! The cranberry will be a great Christmas shirt! I am going to order another color as well. Fabric has a pretty sheen as well. I wear size 8-10 and the 8 worked fine.

Beautiful Front zip top- no chance of button gaps and a very neat look. Not sure what's up with the cuff zippers - goes on fine without. Great workmanship and perfect fit. Love these dressy Eye blouses - you don't need a jacket to have a finished look - but I dry clean them rather than hand wash. They hand dry quite wrinkled, and ironing teeny tiny pleats and tucks requires more skill and patience than I have.

Fabric is cotton but with a sheen that resembles silk. Details are beautiful. I have several blouses from Eye, and am very pleased with their outstanding quality and attention to details. Lower sleeves are very fitted, so zippers are used there. Will be beautiful for the holidays. Very dressy, but with the comfort of cotton.
