“Shrug only, no top-disappointed”

“I ordered this item for a party and would have returned it if not for the immediate need. It looks, from the picture, as though this is a two piece item, or an all-in-one top and shrug, but it is only the velvet trimmed part that you are getting. I ended up having to pull out an old black top to wear it over and was disappointed that my outfit plan was ruined. If the shrug alone is what you want and you find it worth the price, it is soft and nice, but not high quality or expensive looking. As is, i would not have paid over $20 for this much less the [$] that i did pay, but i had to have something to wear and now i'm stuck with it.”
