“Ordered my regular size and had no issues (my chest is a Bcup), and is quite flattering. The tie at the bust is sewn into place and is not adjustable. The sequin hem detail is adorable!! However, the fabric seems to have been cut the wrong way on the bias, and the first one I ordered actually had the inner layer peeking out on one hip, while the outer layer hung on a slant toward the other hip (this was not apparent on the hanger). I exchanged it for another one (same size) and didn't seem to have that problem; though I'll make a mental note not to pull on the hem at all when I wear it.”
