“The neck is quite scooped which makes the top great to wear with a blouse. I love that feature. I am a tall woman with an 18" "inseam" (armpit to base of wrist). This top fits me perfectly. I would find it awkward if I did not have long arms. The material is very slinky like a silk top only more so. I find it versatile.”
