“Almost, but not quite”

“I was looking for a stylish long shirt to wear over tights and thought I had found it. The smocking could have been flattering, but the shirt poofed a bit too much just above and just below the smocking. I tried ordering a size smaller, which helped, but didn't quite get all the way there. The poofing probably would have gone away had one size smaller been available, but I think at that point the smocking at the waist would have been too small. Too bad. I liked the design and fabric colors, but it just didn't fit as well as I would have liked. I thought for the price the fabric wasn't quite the quality it should be either.”
