    Read the description carefully. They are styled extremely low in the waist. The fabric is a little shiny but I thought substantial and flattering. I dry cleaned them and only wore them 4 or 5 times as a result. In the end I stopped wearing them when I lost weight. Even a belt couldn't keep them where they needed to be. If you love that low waisted look, these are for you.

    These are very nice quality pants and seem to fit about right except that they are a little too long. I'm 5'6" and they are probably a good 2 inches too long for me. If you're tall and have trouble finding pants the right length or if you don't mind having the pants hemmed then they are great.
