Falke Cotton Touch Tights (For Women)

Ordered the M/L red tights - I'm 5'6" and weigh 135. When I opened the package, I found a tube-shaped upper measuring about 12" across, and legs that were more than 3 feet long. Thought they might stretch sideways to fit. But no, with great effort, got one leg on; it was tighter than compression hose. Gave up and will return. BTW: the red is a dark hot-pink, not a true red. If you like that color and can get into these, it will work fine.

I love them! They slip down ever so slightly, as tights will, so I gave only four stars. But the purple color is stunning, the feel of the fabric is wonderful, and the quality seems great. I got a small pull from a ring and was able to tug the thread back in with no breakage or running. And contrary to a previous reviewer, I found the sizing moderately generous. I'm a little over 6 feet and 170, but the XL was not available so I tried the L--and they work! Maybe a teensy bit snug around the waistband, but my long, large legs are accommodated comfortably.

for winter, tights make a great extra layer under pants.
