I initially purchased this as a blanket, but when the temps dipped down, I tried using it as a scarf. Starting with it open on a flat table I fold it once into a triangle, fold it down towards the center tip once or twice, then place the center tip on my chest and wrap both sides behind my head and wrap around the back of my neck and tuck under the center. It is big enough that it covers my whole face and keeps me warm in the winter. It is huge really and makes me look totally bundled up and warm while being stylish. People seem to notice and seem curious when they see me with this huge wooly blanket-scarf wrap swallowing up my neck, and face. I've gotten compliments on it almost every time I wear it this way and people ask where I got my scarf. I tell them its a blanket and tell them about STP.

I have 3 of these throws - they are gorgeous, delicate, and LIGHTWEIGHT, but still warm and cozy. They are smaller than the STP throws that come from England, Scotland, etc. and are best for laying over your lap, but not so much for wrapping around you over your shoulders-they are too small for that.
Made in USA for these babies as they come form Faribault Woolen Mills :) !!!
