“Beautiful jacket, incorrect size”

“I ordered this jacket (which is very nice) in an XS, expecting it to be about a size 2. What I received, which included an XS label and tag, was closer to a size 14 (I know this since ultimately I gave the jacket to my mother, who wears a size 14, and it fit her perfectly). I assumed that it was mislabeled and considered returning it for another XS, hoping that one would be correctly labeled, but I contacted Sierra and they weren't able to guarantee that I'd receive an accurate size.”
