Got this jacket for a ski trip but am not a skiier so I didn't want to spend a fortune. It is a color that I can wear all winter that doesn't scream "ski jacket" and it fits very nicely. It has a curved fit at the waist and isn't boxy, and it is long enough to cover my bottom. I wore it skiing in 20+ degree weather with a cotton turtleneck and was plenty warm. It performed well when it got windy too.

Wife just opened for Christmas. Long enough in the torso and arms. Stylish, functional and warm. "chapstick" pocket on the arm is a nice touch. Could use a bigger inside pocket. Nice that the faux fur can be removed separately from hood.

Long enough in the torso, but could be a touch longer to keep the rear warm.

The color described as "crimson" is not crimson. It's more like a rust color. That was the reason I returned it. The fur trim looked kind of cheap and somewhat like dirty dog in color, but that actually was a lesser concern. Good jacket with a good fit, though.

I've always wanted a ski jacket in winter white with fur trim, that doesn't make me look like a walking marshmallow! This jacket is well cut, is made to each size instead of just Small, medium etc. and is true to size. The 6 is perfect for my 34-26-36. The fabric is lovely, in the winter white has a pearl-like colour. The zippers have a nice touch of darker colour that add style. There are 3 interior pockets in addition to the zip handwarmer pockets. This jacket is lightweight but warm. For ski trips I like to have a very hardwearing functional jacket plus another prettier jacket to wear around the resort for dinner etc. this fits the bill for the second as it lacks powder skirt & brushed chin guard and I would not like to get it damaged as skiing can be very hard on clothes - dirt, abrasions etc. so I want to keep it for apres-ski and use a heavier tougher jacket for skiing. The length on this jacket covers your backside so is great for cold nights out and about. Very pretty. Wish I lived in the mountains so I could justify getting this in another colour! I might any way!
