I wear a 3/4 pant (5'4 1/2", 120lbs) and the small was two sizes too small (my waist is smaller than my hips/thighs). Not sure they would be very warm. Need to wear a base layer, but no room b/c of slim fit. Better for young, fashion conscious skier in 40+weather. Sturdy, quality materials.
