Unique neckline for a cardigan--that's why I bought it. It's very feminine but still comfortable. The sweater is light in weight but with bulky knit. I'm keeping it even though it's a bit looser (width) than I expected. It's not overly long, so I suspect the next smaller size might be too short for me. I'm almost always a true medium for shirts and sweaters (5'8", average build). This will go well over my winter skirts for a change of pace. Neckline can be scrunched more or less by pulling the drawstring....

I bought this for a skirt that was difficult to match. The brown tweed was the perfect choice. The color gives my small shoulders some oomph. The 3/4 length sleeves are great, I don't have to push them up which is what I often do. The zipper is metal and works well in both directions. It is a bulky fit, hence the not slimming "con" because of the thick hems on the bottom and the sleeve edges, not because of the size.

I read the other reviews and at first was hesitant to try this one, but the style works on my body. I am usually a size 10-12, with a not-small chest, and am tall with fairly broad shoulders and a long neck, so the unusual collar and scooped neck is flattering. The size medium fit true to size. The fabric is sort of weird feeling, not scratchy exactly but feels like a somewhat cheap blend. Nevertheless, the style is unusual and flattering enough that I am keeping it.
