“Very Nice”

“This is a nice watch. I got the Deer version, has a nice imprint (in silver) of a buck with doe nuzzling up. Circled in Gold says Field & Stream on top and Since 1871 on bottom. Very stylish, will wear well on a vest. Gold hands against a white face makes it easy to read. The watch is a little small, 1 3/4" in diameter, the face is just shy of 1 1/2". That makes the chain stem a little less beefy than I'd like, but I still like it enough. (For a man's pocket watch, I'd probably go 2 1/2 or so, but that could be just me. I used to own a 1904 watch that was big and heavy.) It seems to keep time well. I wound it about a week and a half ago, set it down, and it's still running on time. This really is a great bargain. And comes in a nice box you can store it in. Also came with a coupon for a year's free subscription to Field & Stream. GREAT for any outdoors-person!”
