Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

“Doesn't fit around my Torso... Maybe my Wife can use it. If you wear XL (like me), or bigger, you won't be able to buckle the straps... Even when adjusted all of the way out. Otherwise, this thing is a great buy, and would suit anybody fine!!”
