Comfortable Walking Shoes

Not being a real trail runner I cannot vouch for this shoe's qualities in the sport that the maker claims they are specifically designed for. They are comfortable and light though. So light in fact that they seem to be lacking in padding under the toes, an area that I would think necessary to make a good running shoe, trail or otherwise. Neither are they as supportive as the Tevas that they are replacing. The laces are a bit too long and unnecessarily hard to get adjusted properly. These gripes and complaints are not enough to cause me to send them back. In fact if you want a pretty good shoe you could do a whole lot worse. Because they are so lightly built I suspect that they won't stand up well to all the walking I do, but only time will tell.
