“It is the most attractive vest I own. The inside has really cute stripes. I love it. I haven't worn it in the rain but it is great at night when I am walking my dogs with a light coat or in the day by itself ( I am in California in the winter). It serves the purpose if a vest but I don't look too "earthy" as my boyfriend describes a lot of the women in Berkeley, Ca (lol).”
