“I think these shrunk. The rubber was warped and these were WAY too small. Ordered a men's 7 for my wife who is normally a women's 7. She couldn't put them on. It wasn't even close. We returned for a men's 8.5; hopefully, they will fit.
The shoe did appear to be a good quality shoe other than the size issue. Soft material, quality stitching and gluing.
Three stars for inconvenience. If the size is right, I'd probably give a 5.”
