“Not as nice as I had expected”

“This coat got rave reviews--I thought I was in for a long-term, durable and warm coat. Not so. Unfortunately, it came with holes in both pockets. And the pockets are so shallow that the first time I wore it, I lost a glove out of one of them. In addition, the decorative stitching has already come loose on one of the pocket openings. I've only had it a week! It's also not as warm as I need in the Midwest. This one is sadly going back. Disappointing.”
