Fjall Double-Faced Wool Jacket with Faux Fur Trim (For Women)

A wonderful coat. I say Coat not jacket because it is knee length on me; I'm short, 5'3". It is very attractive, a bit of an A-line which works well on my pear shape. It is very, very warm and has beautiful fur trim that is not that cheap long fur often found on jacket hoods. This fur is dense and short, maybe 2-3". Lovely to touch and see. I wear an XL or 1X but this coat is a 4X, fits well and I have room for a sweater under it if needed. I love it. I highly recommend it.

2 sizes too small, returned.

Color is unusual yet goes with many other colors. Fake fur is soft and good looking; not so realistic anyone will accuse you of wearing real fur. Sleeves and shoulders roomy enough for a sweater; body more snug. Fur snuggles neck and chin when buttoned. "Double-faced" seems to mean single layer. Should be warm enough for walking to about 20 degrees F. Fur trim on sleeves almost covers my palm, but I like that in a coat.

The coat looked better in the photo than it actually was. It just felt a bit cheap.

Once I opened it and tried it on, I haven't used another coat! Let winter blow... I'm ready. Shopping? Light weight enough to put into cart. Cold? Nice and warm weight. Looking good? Gets compliments everywhere.

This is a great jacket. The only con is that it is a little itchy if you have a short sleeve shirt on under the jacket. Otherwise no complaints.

This coat got rave reviews--I thought I was in for a long-term, durable and warm coat. Not so. Unfortunately, it came with holes in both pockets. And the pockets are so shallow that the first time I wore it, I lost a glove out of one of them. In addition, the decorative stitching has already come loose on one of the pocket openings. I've only had it a week! It's also not as warm as I need in the Midwest. This one is sadly going back. Disappointing.

I was looking for a jacket that is long enough to cover my hips but was short enough to walk in unrestricted. This jacket fits the bill perfectly and is nice looking enough to wear with anything.

runs small, very thin matrial

The cut of this coat will flatter women of all proportions. Its eased drape allows room for thick tops beneath without looking bulky. Although it's unlined, the coat is warm by itself in temperatures above freezing. A true taupe, it dresses up or down with scarves, shawls or pins. The faux fur is a plush accent, and the buttons are sturdy and easy to fasten. Truly a find!
