2nds. Chiffon has an irresistibly frothy quality that gives this floral sheath dress with overlay its easy-flowing charm.

Verified Buyer Reviewed by Jersey Girl from New Jersey on Sunday, December 9, 2012I usually wear a size 12 and I ordered this dress in Large. It fits well and is flattering. It is quite long, almost to the ankles, which some people might not like. It gives it a more conservative look. It would be good for wearing to an office. The fabric is lightweight, very delicate, and I don't know how it will hold up over time.

Reviewed by Mom O'Plenty from Wylie, TX on Wednesday, July 25, 2012After reading that the dress ran small, I ordered a medium. While it seemed a little small for a medium, it was still too big for me (5'6", 123 lbs.). Since it's 100% polyester, I doubt it will shrink when washed. I do plan to wash the dress with only black clothes, as it has a very strong dye smell, and I suspect the colors will run. One other oddity: there are string ties on the shirt, not the sheath dress. If I were a seamstress, I'd change that. Overall, I'm happy enough with the dress for the price, and I'm glad to add a fancier element to my 'Active Mom' wardrobe. :)
- Best Uses: Going Out
- Cons: Chemical smell
- Pros: nice pattern
Reviewed by nycjem from New York, NY on Friday, July 20, 2012Other reviews referenced the weird sizing & since the price was so great I got red in XL and black in L (tho usually wear an M.) The XL red was actually smaller than the L black -- so take that into account. Cut out the shoulder pads & you get nice tank-dress with tie-back overshirt that as another review indicated, helps with the odd sizing.
- Pros: Great price
Verified Buyer Reviewed by dress reviewer from midwest on Monday, July 16, 2012I am either a 10 or a 12, depending on the fit. I got the M, which fits fine. It is cut a little snug through the waist but not confining. The shoulders felt right.
It's quite lightweight, which is great for summer, but I don't know how it will hold up. At this price, I don't need it to last for 100 wearings!
I like that it's dressy without making me look like a teenager going to prom.
- Best Uses: Summer evening party
- Cons: Maybe not so sturdy
- Pros: Fancy but easy, Great price
