Florsheim Brett Oxford Shoes (For Men)

I'm a teacher, so I'm on my feet all day. I go through 2-3 pairs of dress shoes per year. I ordered these because I've heard good things about the brand, and I need shoes that have some longevity. The leather and sheepskin lining seem great, and I was looking forward to breaking them in. I just wore them to work today and there is an uncomfortable wrinkle/ridge in my left shoe under my foot and big toe. It got worse as the day went on, but now it's really annoying at the end of the day. Just FYI - mine are probably a fluke manufacturing defect, but???? Sierra has a great return policy, but now I have to go through the hassle of sending these back. This is the first of many many purchases that I wasn't happy with, though. I don't blame Sierra at all. It seems to be a Florsheim quality control issue.
