    Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
    These make strapping in quick and time saving. You dont have to sit down everytime you need to strap in. You can just push your foot in while standing and latch the back of binding. The only thing that made it hard at first was to find a good setting on the top straps. You just have to keep them a little looser than a regular binding. This does not effect your riding if they stay a little loose.
