I've kept a couple of Flynt casual sport jackets, which are bargains at the prices charged. But their cotton suit doesn't make the grade, because the cut, style and weight of the pants weren't satisfactory.

I work out quite a bit and have a 44 R Chest Size - this makes for an added cost in alterations of the pants which often are a 38 in waist. The pants too have to be tailored - so you have to be prepared to add about $40.00 to the cost of the suit before you can wear it if you are someone who is fit. Of course it helped that I only had to pay a fraction of its retail cost.
That being said - once tailored this suit - wears very well in the tropics. It is cool and even in very hot and humid conditions holds its shape and smart look. I would have not problem recommending this product either for smart casual wear for business or pleasure.

This Flynt suit is my first experience with the brand and I could not be more pleased. This suit offers an incredible look for warmer temps. I'm a fan of looking good in the summer months, and it's tough to keep ones' cool wearing a suit and tie - This suit's cotton fabric, tropical weight flat front pants and quality construction make this a winner in my wardrobe. The jacket also pairs up nicely as a separate, and the pants classic and sharp. The construction is excellent, well finished, not a single stray thread. This suit can be taken to the tailor and altered, the pants as well.

Jacket fits true to 42, as true a fit as any suit or sports coat i've tried off the rack, no odd proportions. First rate tailoring.

I cannot say how pleased I am with my purchase of this Flynt suit for my wardrobe. If I lived in a warmer climate, i would own the lighter color version of this suit as well. A great deal and a great look. I will be able to order future Flynt suits and sportscoats with confidence.

All cotton poplin suits are hard to find and this one's a beaut. Well tailored with top stitching, finished seams and ticking along the edges that had to be done by hand. The fit is generous. I wear a 46L, which was just right, but the 40 waist had to be taken in. Because it's all cotton, it will rumple as the day goes on, but not too bad. Hey, that's part of what summer weight suits are about!

I couldnt believe the incredible soft hand of this suit, and the great detailing like the top-stitching on the jacket..

But I didn't like the stitching on the lapel and pockets.
It fit perfectly and is well made. I guess that I am too particular.
I wanted a suit like this for a long time but decided to return it.

Ordered 44L. Felt like a 40 regular. Short overall length in body and sleeves. Shoulders too tight. Quality of fabric seemed okay for an unlined cotton suit. I liked the color. Had to return.
