Reviewed by Melba from QCA, IA on Thursday, November 15, 2012i bought this to wear in rainy or wet snowy conditions. the fabric seems very substantial yet lightweight. the XL i ordered seemed more like a Large so i'll have to return it. there is no way i could fit fleece under it if the conditions required a warm layer underneath.
