Reviewed by Vic-20 from Canada on Thursday, December 13, 2012Comes with a padded inner liner, which is good. Doesn't have belt loops, but it does have velcro adjustment. Problem is that the adjustments (on either side) are on inside of the waistband, making it a bit hard to adjust on the fly.

Perfect fit for me, they aren't droopy or getting in the way. very slim fitting, which I like. the zip pockets are quality. material is very breathable and the chamois is actually better than I thought it would be. I'm a 32 waist and the medium is perfect for me. It has the built-in waist adjustment with two vel-cro pieces inside the waistband, but it will bunch up if you have to tighten it too much.
