    I am a horseback rider and my favorite boots are tall. In warm weather, I need a sock but my boot socks are too warm. This liner, worn alone works great. I plan to order sevral more to get me through the summer. When winter comes, I know they will add to the warmth my boot socks will provide.

    Socks are accurately described - lightweight, stretchy, worn 'n washed -- retain shape. Not apparent why marked as 2nds. You'll get your money's worth. I'm using as summer socks and liners for hiking under wool socks in boots. Comfy.
